<最近畫的畫加題一首詩贈我最親愛的天兒>

食材：抹茶濃縮液、牛奶、鮮奶油、果糖、紅豆泥

步驟：

1.挖兩球紅豆泥，倒入牛奶1盎司、鮮奶油2盎司，用冰沙機打勻。

2.打好後再加入適量冰塊，繼續打至綿細為止，倒入杯中。

3.冰沙機洗淨，倒入抹茶濃縮液2盎司、牛奶1盎司、鮮奶油2盎司與果糖0.8盎司，打勻後倒入剛才打好的紅豆泥上。

4.最後擠上鮮奶油、淋抹茶液即完成。

小撇步：

1.抹茶濃縮液除可買現成，也可以抹茶粉自己調濃淡。

2.不喜歡鮮奶油，最後可以冰淇淋取代。

食材：新鮮芒果、芒果泥、氣泡水、可爾必思

步驟：

1.取一杯，將1.5盎司的芒果泥倒入。

2.將2盎司的可爾必思、8盎司的氣泡水混合，倒入裝好芒果泥的杯中。

3.加入冰塊、點綴芒果片即完成。

小撇步：除芒果，也可加入其他果汁、果泥製作不同口味，但以帶酸味的水果較合適，例如葡萄、鳳梨。

調味料：有機紅晶糖10g、鹽少許

精打細算：青木瓜10元＋茶5元＋糖3元＋鹽1元＝19元

作法：
1.將2袋伯爵茶，以沸水浸泡3分鐘，取出200c.c.備用。

2.將切好的木瓜片放入保鮮盒中，加入糖、鹽，輕輕搖晃。

3.等茶湯降溫至10度左右，再淋到木瓜片上。

4.整盒放進冰箱，隔天就可以享用。

調味料：羊乳酪50g、青醬5g、橄欖油3g

精打細算：青木瓜10元＋羊乳酪30元＋青醬3元＋橄欖油5元＝40元

作法： 2.羊乳酪切丁，大小同青木瓜丁。

3.青醬加些許橄欖油攪拌，維持稠度。

4.將羊乳酪放在青木瓜丁上，再淋上青醬即可。

精打細算：青木瓜15元＋海帶絲30元＋蝦皮2元＝47元

做法：
1.海帶絲取出清洗，泡水稍去鹹味。

2.青木瓜去皮切絲。

3.蝦皮放入砂鍋中爆香，香氣出來之後，放入木瓜絲，稍微拌炒之後，加熱水500c.c.。

4.湯滾之後，再放入海帶絲，3分鐘後起鍋。
